The management of OKTA AD – Skopje is organized according to the one-tier system, with a Board of Directors, whose members are elected by the Assembly of Shareholders.
The Board of Directors consists of 7 (seven) members, of which 2 (two) are independent members. Тhe mandate (term of office) of the members of the Board of Directors is 6 (six) years.
The Board of Directors currently consists of the following members:
