As part of the activities for strengthening and rejuvenating its human capacities, OKTA conducts internship program twice a year. Students from different faculties who are close and related to the operational activities of OKTA have the opportunity to be part of the working atmosphere of the company and gain experience for further challenges in their professional career. Thus, OKTA receives fresh and innovative ideas from young well-educated people and the most promising candidates get the opportunity to join our team.
Candidates are selected based on their qualifications, commitment and results achieved during the academic education. The selection of students takes place in several stages in which their enthusiasm, ambition, and eagerness for learning, improving and building a professional career are appreciated. In their three-month engagement, interns are fully involved in the work processes of OKTA, full-time and under supervision of mentors. During the internship, the company provides transportation services and food as well as additional financial compensation.
