OKTA Crude Oil Refinery Shareholder Company - Skopje has issued a total of 846,360 shares, all ordinary, which give the following rights to the shareholders:
1. The right to vote in the Assembly of shareholders of the company, with each share giving the right to one vote 2. The right to payment of part of the profit (dividend) 3. The right to payment of a part of the remaining liquidation, i.e. bankruptcy estate of the company 4. The right to information and 5. Other rights provided by law and the internal acts of the company
