This year the YMLP boys camp and the GLOW girls camp were attended by nearly 140 high school students coming from families of different religious and ethnic background as well as diverse social groups. Organizers of the camps are Youth Association YMCA from Bitola and the Peace Corps. The main purpose of these camps is personal and professional development of young people through various educational activities on topics related to youth employment, civic responsibility and leadership, human rights, ecology etc. Participants also had the opportunity to spend the night in tents underneath the stars, learn some camping skills and have fun during various sports activities.

Besides the financial support, OKTA also contributed with participation of the company’s representatives at the Youth Employability Fairs that were held within the two camps. They took part on the table talk sessions, familiarizing the campers with the opportunities for internship and employment of young people at OKTA.
