„Jas vnimavam“ will raise awareness among traffic participants through educational videos
(Skopje, 08.05.2019) – OKTA’s campaign “Jas vnimavam”, through educational videos, will raise the traffic safety awareness. Each of the videos will focus on the most common causes for everyday traffic accidents. The main goal of the activity is to inform the public about the threats caused by violating the traffic rules, as well as to encourage greater attention of all traffic participants through suitable video content.
The first out of the nine videos that will be produced for the “Jas vnimavam” campaign refers to the usage of mobile phones, both by the drivers and pedestrians. The video is already published on the following link; it is available on the social networks too.
The campaign “Jas vnimavam” that aims at raising awareness on traffic safety is being implemented for a third consecutive year. It was initiated by OKTA in order to contribute to reducing the consequences of traffic accidents. The company implements the campaign in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior. By implementing tailor-made educational activities, donations in the schools throughout the country and by rewarding the conscientious drivers, the campaign encapsulates all categories and age groups of the active traffic participants. Due to its comprehensiveness and good targeting, the effects were recognized and the campaign was supported by numerous public figures who accepted the initiative and promoted its goals. In 2019 “Jas vnimavam” campaign was awarded Best National Socially Responsible Practice in the category of community investment by large companies.
