OKTA continues the successful cooperation with the Central Depository of Securities

(Skopje, 21.06.2017) – The company OKTA will perform dividend payment to its shareholders through the Central Depository of Securities for the second consecutive year. The dividend payment is a result of the high profitability achieved in 2016 and the increase of the market share on the domestic and foreign market together with the operational improvements in the company’s functioning.

The mediation of the Central Depository in the dividend payment was initiated for the first time when OKTA made an institutional payment decision in a quick and efficient way, with benefits for shareholders and for the company.

The dividend payment will be performed on transaction accounts according to the information provided by the shareholders to the Central Depository of Securities that was used for dividend payment last year. The Central Depository of Securities will send a letter inviting shareholders, who do not yet have an updated information required for the implementation of the dividend payment process, to submit data on transaction account. If update of already submitted data is required, the shareholders shall submit the relevant information to the Central Depository no later than July 21, 2017.
