(18.11.2021, Skopje) – OKTA signed a new contract for sponsorship of the men’s senior team, just before the start of the first phase of the qualifications for 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
With this new agreement, OKTA confirmed its long-lasting partnership with the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia (KFSM), that has been continuously implemented for the past seven years through various activities. At the official signing of the contract, the national team’s new jersey featuring the OKTA logo was also presented.

This year, we are happy to be the main supporter of the men’s national team in the main qualifiers for the World Cup. We sincerely wish this cooperation to bring great success to the senior national team in the upcoming important matches against the basketball superpowers", said Vuk Radovic, Chief Executive Officer of OKTA.
The senior national team starts the qualifications for the Basketball World Championship with a match against the current world champion - Spain, that will be held in Skopje November 26, 2021.

The qualifications for the Basketball World Cup, will take place in two stages and will be held in Indonesia, Japan and Philippines, in 2023. In the first phase, apart from the match against the national team of Spain, our basketball players, within the group “G” of the European zone, will compete with the national teams of Ukraine and Georgia.
