When entering the petrol station, the person on duty will guide you in order to park your vehicle at the most appropriate place, in accordance with the purpose of your visit.
For refueling, the person on duty will guide you to park next to the fueling machine that you prefer. If at that moment there are more vehicles at the petrol station – the person on duty will guide you to the shortest vehicle queue possible. Refueling is always carried out from the machine which is located on the same side as the fuel tank opening of the vehicle.
Prior to refueling
For your safety, the pump attendant will ask you to the following:
Turn off the engine
Turn off the mobile phone
Do not smoke
It is your choice whether to stay inside the vehicle or step out of it
If you drive a motorcycle, the pump attendant will ask you to get off the motorcycle:
In order not to inhale fuel vapor
In order to avoid contact with the fuel in case of leakage
In order to avoid risk in case of fire caused by the contact of the fuel with the hot parts of the motorcycle
After refueling
Before starting your vehicle engine, make sure that refueling is complete, the hose is removed and the cover of the fuel tank opening of the vehicle is closed.
